EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS

Our web policy lasts 14 days, and is valid for exchange or store credit only. If 14 days have gone by since your web purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. Full refunds are not offered at this time.

In-store purchases can also be brought back for exchange or store credit but must do so within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

* Gift cards
* ALL Sale Merchandise
* Accessories (includes jewelry and purse/bags)
* Home & Gift
* Swim and other intimate apparel (bodysuits, lingerie etc...)

To complete your exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any merchandise with obvious sings of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is sent back to us more than 14 days after delivery

Replacing Items & Damages
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of the damage at Hello@shopisalis.com and send your item to Isalis: 50 Post St. #13, San Francisco, CA, CA, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Isalis : 50 Post St. #13, San Francisco, CA, CA, United States. Attn: WEB RETURN.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping items back to us, you should us a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our shipping offices are open M-F 9am-6pm PST. We do not ship on weekends.​​​​
