Q:  How do I place an order for curbside pickup?

A:  We are finally online, yay! The first step would be to place your order on www.shopisalis.com, when you get to the Shipping Options you can select Local Pickup!

Q: How will I know the dates & times available for curbside pickup?

A:  Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation with available dates & times for pickup. If those don’t work for you please email us at Orders@shopisalis.com to schedule and alternate time or you can always choose a shipping option! Typically orders are ready for pickup within 1-3 days.

Q: Which Isalis locations will be offering curbside pickup?

A:  To start, we will only be offering curbside pickup from our 2127 Union St. location. Please note:  We are not regularly working out of this space, we are ONLY there limited days/hours when offering pickups.

Q: What happens if I can’t make it to the curbside pickup I selected?

A:  If you can’t make it in time to pick up your items, they will be held for you at our Union store until the next scheduled pick-up is available.  We are testing pickup 2 days a week to start.

Q: What if I want to add on to my order in person (At Union)?

A:  For this first phase of pickup we will only be allowing customers to pickup items placed in advance online.  If you want to add items to your order, you will have to place a new order online and it will be ready for pick up at the following pickup day. Please note: NOT all of our online merchandise is physically in our Union store, during Covid-19 most has been moved to our Dogpatch Warehouse.

Q: What if the items I pick up don’t work out, what’s the return policy?

A:  Great question, and mostly our same online return policy will apply.  You will need to either ship them back to us or bring them back to the next curbside pickup date within 10 days of purchase, unworn with all tags attached.  Sale items, as always, are considered final sale.

Q: Can I bring my online returns to curbside pickup for a refund?

A:  While our staff will be very limited during curbside pickup, we can offer to take back your online returns as long as they are 1. safely packaged (no handing over loose items), 2. In compliance with our Return Policy. Refunds WILL NOT be processed on site. Items will go through all our safety protocols and be processed within 3-4 days. 

Q: Any other Covid related requirements for curbside pickup?

A:  Please wear a mask or other face covering & stand 6 ft apart (per SF requirements)..
