Q:  How do I place an order for Local pickup?

A:  The first step would be to place your order on, when you get to the Shipping Options you can select Local Pickup!

Q: How will I know the dates & times available for lcoal pickup?

A:  Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email confirmation. Pickup days are Wednesdays and Fridays only! If those don’t work for you please email us at to schedule and alternate time or you can always choose a shipping option! The reason for this is that NOT everything on our website is stocked in the Union store. 

Q: Which Isalis locations will be offering Local pickup?

A:  To start, we will only be offering local pickup from our 2127 Union St. location. Please note: Not all online stock is physically at our Union store, in some cases it will be transferred there for pickup which is why we only offer this service a couple days a week.

Q: What happens if I don't pickup within the week I placed my order?

A:  If you can’t make it in time to pick up your items, they will be held for you at our Union store until the following week. If you need more time than that please email us to coordinate as this location is super tight on storage space!


Q: What if the items I pick up don’t work out, what’s the return policy?

A:  Great question, and mostly our same online return policy will apply.  You will need to either ship them back to us or bring them back in person within 10 days of purchase, unworn with all tags attached.  Sale items, as always, are considered final sale.

Q: Can I bring my online returns to curbside pickup for a refund?

A:  We can offer to take back your online returns as long as they are 1. safely packaged (no handing over loose items), 2. In compliance with our Return Policy. Refunds WILL NOT be processed on site. Items will go through all our safety protocols and be processed within 3-4 days. 

Q: Any other Covid related requirements for curbside pickup?

A:  Please wear a mask or other face covering & stand 6 ft apart (per SF requirements), and sanitize your hands while in the store.
