U.S. RETURN POLICY (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)
You may return any Full Price merchandise in its original condition and with all tags attached for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Your refund will go back on the original form of payment. Items that are not in their original condition, that are altered or unclean, or that are missing their tags may not be returned. We offer free USPS First Class or Priority shipping on all orders over $75 (other shipping options are available but not free). Items that are considered FINAL SALE are: all sale or discounted items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, eyewear, pierced jewelry and apothecary.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange something, simply send back the item you don’t want and place a new order for the item you want. We will refund you for the item/s you didn't want upon receipt.
While shipping on orders over $75 to you is FREE, return shipping is the customer responsibility. If something doesn't work out and is not considered final sale, please send it back to us at:

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 4 business days. We will send you a Return Notification email to confirm that your return is being processed. It may take your bank several days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Yes! You’ve placed your order! You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order with all of your order details. Then we will work hard to get your package shipped out as quickly as possible.
**During Covid-19 please be advised we have very limited staff processing shipments to keep them safe. We will only be processing shipments twice a week in the order in which they are received. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping, if you need something expedited please email us directly before placing your order to coordinate and make sure the timeline is possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.**
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order any time by tracking your package or logging into your isalis account. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR TEXT ALERTS ONCE YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, this will help you look for it as soon as its marked delivered. Also, double check that your shipping address is entered correctly, we will print the shipping label exactly as you enter it.
Isalis is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked "delivered" to the correct address and you haven't received it, you must file a claim with the mail carrier directly. Should the package get re-routed to Isalis we will let you know upon receipt. Please note: if you decide to select FREE SHIPPING it will either be sent out USPS First-Class with tracking or USPS Priority with Tracking. First-Class does NOT accept claims. Priority does, but unless you request additional insurance added the standard is $50.
We have started to offer International shipping, if the country you want your order shipped to is not available please email us and if we can we will add it! **PLEASE NOTE** All International Orders are considered FINAL SALE. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping internationally during Covid-19 .

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
During Covid-19, for the safety of our staff, we cannot accept online returns in any of our storefront locations. All online returns must be sent back to the address listed above for refunds, We do not process refunds in store.
For in-store purchases is we accept returns back for store credit, or exchange ONLY within 10 days of purchase (no refunds for in-store purchases). We accept items in new condition, unworn, with original tags attached. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, bodysuits, pierced jewelry, eyewear, vintage, swimwear and sale/discounted items are considered final sale.
During Covid-19 items will not be accepted that don't come back to us in a bag. Thank you for understanding these new health and safety precautions.
