SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

U.S. RETURN POLICY (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY) 

ONLINE ORDERS: You may return any Full Price merchandise in its original condition and with all tags attached for a full refund within 10 days of delivery date of your order. 

**Items that are considered FINAL SALE are: all sale, sample sale or discounted items, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, eyewear, pierced jewelry and apothecary.**

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 4 business days. A return confirmation will be emailed to you.

SHIPPING : Please be advised we only ship online orders M-F, we do not ship orders on weekends or Federal Holidays. 

The processing time for your order can be up to 3 business days outside of your shipping selection. 

Rates

Free Shipping: takes 3-5 business days from ship date (no insurance), does not include processing time.

Priority Shipping: takes 1-2 business days from ship date (includes insurance up to $50), does not include processing time.

Isalis is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked "delivered" to the correct address and you haven't received it, you must file a claim with the mail carrier directly. Should the package get re-routed to Isalis we will let you know upon receipt. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We have started to offer International shipping, if the country you want your order shipped to is not available please email us and if we can we will add it.

All International Orders are considered FINAL SALE. We cannot guarantee expedited shipping internationally.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY 

For in-store purchases we accept returns back for store credit,  or exchange ONLY within 7 days of purchase (no refunds for in-store purchases). We accept items in new condition, unworn, with original tags attached.  Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, bodysuits, jewelry, eyewear, vintage, swimwear and sale/discounted items are considered final sale.  

**Please note: different systems are used for in-store purchases then online purchases.  Should you decide to bring an online purchase back in store, they will only be able to accommodate an exchange or store credit. They do not process refunds in store.**
