U.S. RETURN POLICY
Something didn’t work out? Bummer! No worries, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so we will happily help you with any returns you may have.
You may return any Full Price merchandise in its original condition and with all tags attached for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Your refund will go back on the original form of payment. Items that are not in their original condition, that are altered or unclean, or that are missing their tags may not be returned. We offer free USPS First Class or Priority shipping on all orders over $75, however we do not reimburse for expedited shipping costs (2 day or overnight). Items that are considered FINAL SALE are: all sale items, swimwear, pierced jewelry and apothecary.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange something, simply send back the item you don’t want and place a new order for the item you want (FREE ground shipping!). We will refund you for the item/s you didn't want.
While shipping to you is FREE, return shipping is the customer responsibility. If something doesn't work out, please send it back to us at:

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 4 business days. We will send you a Return Notification email to confirm that your return is being processed. It may take your bank several days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Yes! You’ve placed your order! You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order with all of your order details. Then we will work hard to get your package shipped out as quickly as possible.
**During Covid-19 please be advised we have very limited staff processing shipments to keep them safe. We will only be processing shipments Tuesday - Thursday each week, all orders made after 3pm on Thursdays will be shipped the following Tuesday. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.**
Once your package has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order any time by tracking your package or logging into your isalis account. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR TEXT ALERTS ONCE YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, this will help you look for it as soon as its marked delivered. Also, double check that your shipping address is entered correctly, we will print the shipping label exactly as you enter it.
Because we want to make your experience shopping with Isalis as convenient as possible, we offer free USPS shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.
If you want your package sooner, we offer expedited shipping options as well. See below for our U.S. shipping chart:
- USPS 2-3 day Select: FREE (please note delivery times vary depending on location and we cannot guarantee this time frame during Covid-19)
- UPS 2nd day
- UPS Overnight
If your package is marked "delivered" to the correct address and you haven't received it, you must file a claim with the mail carrier. Please note: if you decide to select FREE SHIPPING it will either be sent out USPS First-Class with tracking or USPS Priority with Tracking. First-Class does NOT accept claims. Priority does, put unless you request additional insurance added the standard is $50.
We have started to offer International shipment, if the country you want your order shipped to is not available please email us and if we can we will add it! **PLEASE NOTE** All International Orders are considered FINAL SALE.
